Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with vendors to confirm orders and ensure the accuracy of data for purchase order creation.
• Review proforma invoices and coordinate with internal departments to arrange timely payments.
• Coordinate with vendors and the logistics team to ensure timely shipment deliveries.
• Manage product allocation processes to guarantee on-time delivery to retail locations.
• Maintain thorough records of shipment status and address any discrepancies or damage claims.
• Oversee the coordination of merchandise samples.
• Provide assistance and support for ad hoc assignments as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

• HKCEE / DSE or above
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in garment / retail merchandising.
• Detail oriented, organized with strong communication and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent literacy in Microsoft Office application, proficient in Excel. (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, Formula…etc.)
• Proficient in written English and Chinese.
