Job Description
1. Performance Tracking & campaign management
- Monitor and analyse key KPIs (traffic, conversion rate, average order value, revenue, etc.).
- Propose corrective actions and lead ongoing optimization of the site (features, user journey, structure, etc.).
- Plan and coordinate key commercial moments: new collections, product launches, Black Friday, Christmas, etc.
- Oversee acquisition campaigns: SEO, SEM, email marketing, partnerships, etc.
- Preparing reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns
- Developing and monitoring campaign budgets
2. Development and Management of the E-commerce Website
- Lead sales initiatives and manage P&L responsibilities for E-Store & marketplace.
- Prepare monthly sales targets, sales plan and promotions, compile weekly reports and share insights.
- Manage and optimize the website
- Supervisor the product upload & operation issues.
3. Stakeholder Coordination and Management
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Design, Logistics, Customer Experience) to ensure a seamless and coherent digital strategy.
- Manage external service providers (web designers, developers, SEO/SEM agencies, logistics partners, etc.)
Job Requirements
- 5 years or above relevant experience in e-Commerce business for Hong Kong & APAC markets.
- Solid experience in E-Commerce (shopify), digital communication.
- Experience in social media planning and managing APAC e-Commerce channels.
- Strong analytical skills to drive marketing results and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Able to work independently, under pressure and to work on multiple projects with tight schedule.
- Well-versed in using MS Office application and knowledge in digital tools.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Performance Marketing & EC Manager.
