Job Specifications

• Identify and assess upcoming, niche, and emerging brands to enhance the brand portfolio and provide innovative offerings to customers.
• Develop comprehensive buy plans and open-to-buy (OTB) strategies to align with the company's business objectives.
• Implement product and assortment strategies to achieve the company’s targets across designated channels and categories.
• Continuously monitor sell-through performance, gross margin, and inventory levels to ensure alignment with company goals, while proposing solutions to address any identified issues.
• Cultivate strong partnerships with vendors to build trust and strengthen collaborative relationships.
• Collaborate with vendors to create competitive pricing strategies and cost structures that optimize gross profit potential.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders on online and offline marketing and public relations initiatives to drive sales growth.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in buying, preferably within multi-brand environments.
• Strong knowledge of and a passion for the fashion industry.
• Highly organized and proactive, capable of working effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.
• A strong desire for success, driven by excellent analytical skills and business acumen.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proficient in spoken & written English and Cantonese.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Buyer.
