Global PR Manager

Klättermusen is seeking an experienced and dynamic Global PR Manager to drive the brand's public relations strategy and elevate its presence across global markets. This is an opportunity to shape and communicate Klättermusen’s unique story of sustainability, innovation, and craftsmanship, ensuring it resonates with key audiences worldwide.

The Global PR Manager is part of the Marketing team and work closely with regional market leads to develop and execute impactful PR strategies, securing earned media coverage and fostering strong relationships with press, influencers, and brand ambassadors. With a focus on key markets such as Sweden, the UK, Germany, Norway and France, this role will be instrumental in amplifying Klättermusen's voice and driving brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement a global PR strategy aligned with Klättermusen’s brand vision, mission, and marketing objectives.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with international media, journalists, influencers, and brand partners to maximize exposure and coverage.

- Lead PR efforts for major campaigns and seasonal product launches, ensuring cohesive messaging across all markets.

- Coordinate press events, influencer activations, and product seeding programs to strengthen Klättermusen’s presence in core markets.

- Collaborate with regional market leads to adapt PR strategies to local audiences while maintaining brand consistency.

- Monitor and analyze media performance, providing regular reports and insights to measure PR effectiveness and inform future strategies.

- Serve as the primary contact for media inquiries, ensuring consistent and accurate brand representation.

- Manage the global PR budget and oversee external PR agencies in key regions.

Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in PR or communications, preferably in the outdoor or fashion industry.

- Strong network of international media and influencer contacts.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Swedish proficiency is a plus.

- Ability to develop creative and impactful PR campaigns that deliver measurable results.

- Experience working with global markets and understanding cultural nuances in communication.

- A passion for culture, art and outdoor activities is highly desirable.

Role Location This role is based in Stockholm, Sweden, with some international travel required to support global initiatives.
