Social Media Coordinator
Klättermusen are looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join our marketing team and take our social media presence to the next level.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Social Media Coordinator will serve as the voice of Klättermusen across all social platforms, publishing and curating engaging content that connects with our global audience. A key aspect of this role is coordinating and integrating local activations from key markets into the global publishing plan. You’ll play a crucial role in fostering community engagement, driving brand advocacy, and ensuring consistent messaging across all social channels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Social Media Management
- Develop and execute a content strategy across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, aligned with Klättermusen’s brand values and tone of voice.
- Plan, create, and schedule editorial content to drive follower growth, engagement, and community interaction.
- Coordinate with local teams to source and plan content from regional activations into the global publishing plan.
- Create on-the-go content during brand experience events to showcase Klättermusen’s storytelling.
Community Building and Engagement
- Actively engage with Klättermusen’s online community, responding to comments and messages promptly to foster meaningful relationships.
- Identify and collaborate with key opinion leaders, influencers, and outdoor enthusiasts to amplify brand messaging.
- Develop initiatives that encourage community participation, interaction, and brand advocacy.
Content Coordination
- Work closely with the marketing and digital teams to align social content with overall communication plans and seasonal campaigns.
- Ensure local content is integrated seamlessly with global strategies while maintaining consistency in tone and quality.
- Plan and schedule updates to maintain a consistent and engaging content flow across all platforms.
Analytics and Reporting
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including engagement levels, follower growth, and sentiment.
- Provide regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of social media strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Use data-driven insights to inform content and engagement strategies, optimizing for growth and impact.
REQUIREMENTS
- Passion for the outdoors, culture and arts and an understanding of the outdoor lifestyle industry.
- Proven experience in managing social media platforms, preferably for a lifestyle or outdoor brand.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to create compelling and creative content.
- Experience in coordinating content across multiple regions or markets is highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools such as Instagram Insights, Meta Business Suite, or similar.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of balancing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- A creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
