Performance Marketing Specialist
Lee Mathews is an established and respected Australian fashion brand with a unique luxury aesthetic that is loved for its wearability, using custom designed prints & sustainable fabrications.
We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive results through the strategic management of our paid marketing channels.
ABOUT THE ROLE As the Performance Marketing Specialist at Lee Mathews, you’ll help shape the future of our brand by driving thoughtful, data-led growth across our digital channels. Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll be responsible for executing, optimising, and measuring our paid performance marketing strategy – with the goal of acquiring new customers, nurturing retention and meeting ambitious growth targets. You’ll work across multiple platforms, ensuring campaigns are both effective and aligned with our brand values and creative direction.
THE ROLE WILL INCLUDE BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO
- Leading the development and execution of considered performance marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, with a key focus on delivering strong ROAS.
- Managing and optimising performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, Pinterest, and Affiliate platforms to maximise efficiency, profitability, and engagement.
- Analysing campaign performance to extract insights, identify optimisation opportunities and implement improvements.
- Conducting audience and platform research to inform targeting strategies that attract and convert high-intent customers.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure paid media activity supports brand campaigns and key moments.
- Working closely with the Content and Communications Director to deliver channel-specific insights and asset requirements for product launches and always-on content.
- Managing agency partners to deliver work that is brand-aligned, data-informed and performance-focused.
- Acting as the primary day-to-day contact for agency partners, ensuring clear direction and consistent execution.
- Translating data into actionable findings to inform strategy and guide creative development.
- Building strong relationships across internal stakeholders and with external partners to ensure collaboration, momentum, and shared success.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of managing paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, Pinterest and other digital platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- Experience with eCommerce platforms (preferably Shopify) and performance reporting tools.
- Experience working with or managing external agencies.
- A deep understanding of the digital customer journey.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
