Position Name HR Executive / Lead Department Human Resources Reporting To CEO Responsibility Area All Les Benjamins Employees (Office & Stores)

Role Summary The HR Executive will manage and oversee all human resources functions for both office and store employees. This role ensures smooth HR operations, supports employee relations, and maintains compliance with legal and internal policies. The HR Executive will contribute to a positive work environment through effective communication, process management, and proactive problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Processes: Oversee end-to-end hiring processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Offboarding Processes: Manage exit procedures for departing employees, ensuring compliance and smooth transitions.
  • Disciplinary Processes: Handle disciplinary actions in line with company policies.
  • Salary & Compensation & Benefits: Administer payroll, salary adjustments, bonuses, and other employee benefits. Coordinate with the payroll service provider to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Internal Communication: Facilitate clear communication within the organization to maintain employee engagement.
  • Legal Processes: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
  • Occupational Health & Safety: Manage workplace health and safety procedures across office and store locations.
  • HR Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate HR data, analyze metrics, and prepare reports for management.
  • Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution: Resolve disputes between employees and foster a positive work environment.
  • Policy & Procedure Development: Create and maintain HR policies, procedures, and manuals.
  • Store Visits: Conduct store visits when required to support HR operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR in a retail environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes including recruitment, payroll, benefits, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong knowledge of labor law and employment regulations.
  • Proficient in MS Office, and data analysis.
