We are currently looking for a new team member as“Print Designer”, willing to join us in our Istanbul Les Benjamins Suadiye Office and contribute to our vision.

Job Overview This position aims to develop the print world of the collections in accordance with the brand's overall vision as an active part of the creative process led by Creative Director Bünyamin Aydınand Co-Creative Leader Lamia Alotaishan Aydın.

The candidate is expected to create original and aesthetically strong patterns and print designs for textile products as well as combining research, illustration and technical application skills in these processes. It is essential to approach the cultural codes of the brand with a sense of belonging at each stage of the print designs.

Responsibilities

· Conducting seasonal theme and pattern research in line with brand aesthetics,

· Developing original print patterns that suit the needs of the collection,

· Designing patterns and illustrations in a digital environment and making them technically ready for printing,

· Researching appropriate printing techniques for different fabric types and developing applications,

· To bring innovative perspectives to collections, following printing trends in the field of fashion and textile.

· Working in close collaboration with the design team and product development department,

· Providing technical checks in the integration of prints into the production process,

· Caring about to the visual harmonya ppropriate to the collection theme and seasonal integrity.

Qualifications

· 1–2 years of professional experience in print/pattern design in the fashion/design sector,

· Advanced command of Adobe Creative Suite (especiallyPhotoshop, Illustrator) programs,

· Knowledge of printing techniques, texture, color and repeat systems,

· Competence in hand drawing, illustration and digital pattern design,

· A creative, detail-oriented approach that pays attention to the integrity of the collection,

· A responsible and communicative profile that is compatible with teamwork,

· An aesthetic and conceptual vision that can adopt Les Benjamins' cultural approach.
