As the E-Commerce Coordinator, you will be a steward of the brand by delivering best-in-class digital experiences. This role is instrumental in maintaining and enhancing our online storefront and supporting traffic growth, which directly impacts sales and growth. A strong candidate is detail-oriented and has a big-picture perspective, operating efficiently while manipulating and deploying large datasets across Maiden Home’s e-commerce ecosystem. This key, cross-functional role unites content and commerce to engage customers and drive high-converting online shopping experiences. The ideal candidate brings intellectual curiosity and a growth mindset that empowers them to question existing practices and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Maiden Home’s e-commerce merchandising strategy in collaboration with the E-commerce Manager, including defining product listing page categories, determining sort order, and assisting with e-commerce content planning and production.
  • Ensure information and content are displayed accurately to reflect the best luxury brand and site experience for customers and trade members across the website and additional digital properties.
  • Project manage e-commerce operations, overseeing data and content collection, organization, and publishing for all product launches and site updates.
  • Act as a key collaborative partner, executing cross-functional initiatives.
  • Perform regular monitoring, maintenance, and cleanup of the website to maintain active products and collections, identifying and resolving site bugs, flow issues, and UX areas for improvement by refining current QA processes and procedures for the e-commerce team.
  • Manage, monitor, and test performance marketing platforms such as Google, Pinterest, and Meta.
  • Own and oversee the programmatic email calendar for e-commerce and brand campaigns, collaborating with relevant teams to develop compelling stories that drive revenue per send.
  • Conduct site and growth reporting and analytics; perform competitive analyses to bring ideas to the team on how other luxury brands are evolving their online selling strategies.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of professional experience at an e-commerce company.
  • Curiosity and a growth mindset with a natural instinct for seeking improvement.
  • Outstanding attention to detail, organizational skills, and relentless follow-through.
  • Proven multitasking, communication (verbal and written), and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage timelines; this role will require balancing regular responsibilities with ad-hoc and special projects.
  • Works well in a dynamic team, moves with agility, and is comfortable with shifting priorities.
  • Highly proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Experience with analytics platforms like GA4, Posthog, or Northbeam is a plus.
  • Experience with email platforms such as Klaviyo or MailChimp is a plus.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, or Commerce Cloud is required.
