As the Manager of Brand Operations, you will lead the day-to-day management of our Brand team—including responsibility for budget, prioritization, project management, production, resource coordination, cross-functional collaboration, and KPIs. Partnering with the Brand team and reporting to the Senior Director, Brand, this role will be accountable for executing brand initiatives flawlessly and ensuring that the needs of the business are met. An ideal candidate has strong business acumen to manage brand projects against our company strategy and is a master of the brand and marketing process.

This role is located at our New York headquarters, in the TriBeCa design district.

Responsibilities

  • Manage brand projects from brief to delivery, including brand campaigns, collection launches, photoshoots, retail events and activations, and other brand marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Director, Brand, and requesting teams in setting project timelines, ensuring all departments stay on track for delivery, and working closely with partnering teams to consistently offer clear communication of project details.
  • Manage brand budget: prepare and maintain monthly and year-end estimates and actuals, initiate and manage orders and invoice approval.
  • Manage freelancer and vendor relationships, including but not limited to, information gathering, shot lists, schedules, budgets, talent booking, contracts, and delivery specs.

Job Qualifications

  • Oversee workflow management system and tools.
  • Consistently elevate the infrastructure and operations of the brand department to increase timeliness and communications, while supporting the brand development process.
  • Have an awareness of brand workload(s) and project deadlines with the ability to shift and balance priorities according to business and brand needs.
  • Oversee brand feedback and approvals in collaboration with cross-functional teams (Creative, Product, Operations, and Sales).
  • Lead weekly status meetings with various departments, prepare annual timeline of projects/events, and track each for deliverables on schedule in partnership with the Sr Director, Brand.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience working in project management in marketing, communications, or creative services.
  • Strategic and creative thinker with a passion for luxury brand strategy, brand positioning, and brand marketing.
  • Experience building scopes of work, writing project briefs, developing campaign and production schedules.
  • Experience managing brand marketing campaigns, production, activations, and projects.
  • Proven skills in managing large integrated marketing campaigns alongside a full brand and creative team.
  • Ability to engage key stakeholders and gain support by making a compelling case.
  • Commitment to ownership and accountability for proper planning, oversight, and execution of brand initiatives.
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented with the ability to create and stick to timelines, while driving best practices on process.
  • Proficient in PM software (PM certification is a plus), Google Workspace, Excel, & Slack, and enjoy working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
