概要 / Overview

• 店舗での接客・販売とオンラインストア運営を担当し、ブランド運営全般をサポートするポジションです。 Responsible for both in-store customer service and online store operations, while supporting general brand management tasks.

主な業務内容 / Key Responsibilities

• 店舗での接客・販売 Customer service and sales at the store
• 商品管理・在庫管理 Product and inventory management
• ECサイトの商品登録・更新 Product listing and updates on the online store
• カスタマーサポート（オンライン注文対応） Customer support for online orders
• ブランドイベントやプロモーションのサポート Support for brand events and promotions
• PR・マーケティング補助や資料作成などの社内サポート Assistance with PR, marketing, and internal administrative tasks

応募資格 / Qualifications

• アパレルブランドでの販売経験 Experience in apparel retail
• 基本的なPC操作スキル（Word、Excel 等） Basic PC skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
• 洋服やファッションに興味がある方 Interest in clothing and fashion

勤務地 / Location

渋谷区渋谷1-1-16 若草ビルA 4F（渋谷駅・表参道駅 各徒歩8分） 1-1-16 Wakakusa Building A 4F, Shibuya, Tokyo (8 min walk from Shibuya or Omotesando Station)

勤務時間 / Working Hours

10:00–19:00（シフト制） 10:00–19:00 with shift scheduling
