Client Advisor | Mlouye — Istanbul, Türkiye

We are searching for full-time Client Advisors, your role as a brand ambassador is to ensure that all our clients enjoy a unique experience in our new store in Emaar Square Mall, Istanbul.

Responsibilities

Guarantees excellent customer welcoming ensuring they are properly advised on the products
Fulfill individual and store objectives by processing sales in a confident and professional manner whilst building strong relationships with clients
Guarantee the correct application of the Mlouye customer experience by using the selling techniques effectively to maximize sales
Proactively support the back office in establishing a Client Centric mindset within the team
Able to adapt to shopping mall working hours
To deal effectively with customer complaints by suggesting optimal solutions
To carry out any additional duties as directed by the management team
Maintain store standards with stock and adhere to Mlouye´s visual merchandising guidelines
Follow procedures and respect standards and code of ethics, including grooming and behavior

Qualifications

Knowledgeable and passionate about Fashion, Art, and Industrial design
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in a luxury or high fashion environment is required, with proven experience selling RTW and/or Leather Goods
An existing client book (preferred)
Turkish and English are mandatory, proficiency in Arabic would be beneficial
