Digital Marketing Specialist
Mlouye is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team full-time in Istanbul. In this role, you will oversee performance marketing activities—including paid search, paid shopping, paid social, and SEO—and continuously optimize the brand’s digital funnel. You will work to maximize ROAS across channels and collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver growth while ensuring that every digital touchpoint reflects Mlouye’s world of design and luxury.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Mlouye’s performance marketing strategy in line with global growth and commercial goals.
- Manage SEO, paid search, shopping, and social campaigns across the full funnel, with continuous testing and optimization.
- Oversee budgets, forecasts, and reporting in collaboration with external partners.
- Lead campaign execution with internal teams and agencies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversion.
- Monitor KPIs and deliver actionable insights through regular reports and dashboards.
- Conduct A/B testing and customer journey analysis to improve funnel efficiency.
- Ensure accurate tagging and tracking for on-site analytics and data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with the E-commerce and Creative teams to align digital campaigns with brand identity and customer experience.
- Explore new platforms and growth opportunities including affiliates and partnerships.
- Provide insights to 360° campaign planning, aligning brand storytelling with commercial performance.
- Support CRM and retention initiatives, including email marketing and loyalty programs.
Your Profile
- Proven experience in digital marketing (in-house or agency), with strong expertise in paid media, and funnel optimization.
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear actions.
- Knowledge of digital marketing platforms, Google Analytics, bid management systems, and A/B testing tools.
- Experience with conversion optimization and customer journey mapping.
- Comfortable working with tracking tools; familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript limitations a plus.
- Skilled in reporting on KPIs and communicating insights across teams.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
