(This is a fixed-term contract position of 2-year with possibility for renewal subject to organisational needs and individual performance.)

You will be responsible for

  • Assisting the Store Manager in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations of the main shops and pop-up stores;
  • Handling staff scheduling and deployment, ensuring high-quality customer service;
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to foster brand loyalty;
  • Managing visual merchandising and maintaining inventory levels while controlling costs;
  • Collaborating with the Store Manager and other supervisors to enhance operational efficiency;
  • Overseeing cash handling procedures and ensuring transaction accuracy;
  • Initiating and collaborating on marketing promotions with relevant parties;
  • Undertaking ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Store Manager; and
  • Performing any other duties from time to time as reasonably assigned by the Authority.

You should

  • Possess a recognized diploma or equivalent in any discipline;
  • Minimum of 1-3 years' experience in retail or customer service;
  • Proven track record in sales and meeting KPIs;
  • Detail-oriented, mature, independent, with excellent problem-solving and customer service skills;
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities;
  • High level of commitment and ownership of responsibilities;
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other computer skills;
  • Availability to work on shifts, including weekends and holidays;
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
