M+ is a museum dedicated to collecting, exhibiting, and interpreting visual art, design and architecture, moving image, and Hong Kong visual culture of the twentieth and twenty-first centuries. You will be responsible for

  • performing administrative tasks relating to curatorial processes and meetings;
  • assisting in general research, exhibition and programming logistics, production and acquisition of works;
  • maintaining data records for the accession, condition and location of objects in the museum collection; and
  • assisting in routine operations and other special projects of M+.

You should

  • possess a recognised university degree in Fine Art, Art History, Visual Studies, or other related disciplines;
  • have experience and knowledge in Asian Art, with a strong interest in contemporary Chinese Art a plus;
  • have a minimum of 2 years relevant working experience in other cultural or related organisations;
  • be highly organised and detail-oriented;
  • have strong project coordination skills, research skills, problem-solving skills as well as administrative skills;
  • be able to work independently and cooperatively across teams in a fast-paced environment; and
  • have excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese, including Putonghua
