You are responsible for

  • performing administrative tasks relating to curatorial processes and meetings;
  • assisting in general research, exhibition and programming logistics, production and acquisition of works;
  • maintaining data records of accession, condition and location of objects in museum collection; and
  • assisting in routine operations and other special projects of M+.

You should

  • possess a recognised university degree in design, architecture, art history, visual studies, or other related disciplines;
  • have at least 2 years of relevant working experience in other cultural or related organisations;
  • have experience and strong interest in design and architecture;
  • be highly-organised and detail-oriented, and able to work independently and cooperatively with others in a fast-paced environment; and
  • have excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
