We are seeking a motivated and friendly Part-Time Junior Sales Staff member to assist in managing relationships with retailers. He/she will be making leads with new sales opportunities and promoting our fragrance line as well as managing the existing network of retailers.

The ideal candidate will have some knowledge for fragrances, fashion, design and retail landscape but not necessarily. A friendly demeanor, and a willingness to learn would be a key.

Responsibilities

  • Managing our current retailer relationships.
  • Researching new retailers and closing sales on new retailers
  • Managing orders to retailers - taking orders /shipping from our warehouses/ managing delivery and payment.
  • Ability to respond to customers on demand.
  • Educating retailers staff of our products
  • Reporting to the brand owner on progress. (twice a week catch up)
  • Using Prospect CRM
  • Some IT skills required

Qualifications

  • Knowledge in the perfume industry or sales experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication skills. (email and phone)
  • Ability to work flexible hours over the week (some days can be shorter than others)
  • Passion for fragrances and a desire to learn more about the industry.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.

What We Offer

  • Roughly 16 hour / week on hourly wage.
  • Commission on each reorder from a retailer.
  • Commission on each new order from a retailer (with higher incentives)
  • Employee discounts on products.
  • Mostly remote working (But ability to come to London office time to time is desirable)
  • We have an office in East London where you can attend.
