Your Mission
- Lead creative teams across global movement lifestyle campaigns featuring high-impact talent.
- Collaborate closely with strategists, identifying what matters most to our communities.
- Develop creative concepts that can solve complex challenges in innovative ways.
- Generate ideas for established and emerging platforms, delivering solutions that create business impact and cultural moments.
- Collaborate with creatives, designers, and production to execute ideas with creative excellence, preserving the integrity of the core idea.
- Inspire and lead by example, being proactive and providing guidance for the team and the department.
Your story
- The craft of a great story is something you instinctively understand and you’re passionate about seeking out compelling angles and topics.
- You have 7-10 years of experience from creative agencies where you’ve held positions in that include copywriting and creative direction
- You have excellent presentation skills and are comfortable leveraging input from multiple stakeholders and consolidating it to a clear direction for your team.
- You are a digital native and have an instinctive understanding of how to impact social and online channels.
- Your ideas are not limited to a particular medium, but they encompass all possible elements of consumer journey.
- You are a problem solver at heart, quickly adapting to new challenges and opportunities as they arise.
