At PURPLE we're not just crafting clothing, we're shaping experiences. We’re currently seeking a Full-Time Client Advisor to join our store. As a Client Advisor, you will help create a welcoming, high-service environment that reflects the Purple Brand experience. With a strong understanding of premium denim and contemporary fashion—along with an appreciation for Purple Brand’s design ethos—you will act as a trusted style expert, offering personalized guidance and product recommendations that enhance each client’s shopping journey.
Your responsibilities will include supporting daily store operations, maintaining exceptional visual merchandising standards, and contributing to an environment that reflects the brand’s commitment to quality and innovation. Through your deep product knowledge and client-centric approach, you will help foster meaningful relationships and drive overall store success.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and deliver exceptional service as a brand ambassador, engaging clients and inspiring interest in our products.
- Complete all required training and consistently demonstrate strong execution of company standards and expectations.
- Regularly review your performance and collaborate with Leadership to align on behaviors that support continuous improvement.
- Follow style guide directives by accurately executing merchandising, visual displays, and labeling tasks and maintain store cleanliness.
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication with colleagues to maintain a positive workplace environment.
- Proactively support the team to create exceptional guest experiences and help achieve store sales goals.
- Cultivate an extensive and organized client book, initiating regular client contact, prompt follow-up on all sales, events or inquiries.
- Uphold Purple Brand’s image, standards and guidelines.
- Exceed personal sales targets KPI’s, while contributing to overall store objectives.
- Develop and complete a monthly proficiency plan by using end-of-month sales reports to evaluate personal strengths and areas for growth
- Stay on top of new products, trends, and initiatives.
- Actively promote store events.
- Support inventory management tasks, including physical counts and restocking.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Passion for fashion, music, and art.
- Excellent oral and written communication.
- Demonstrate a proven history of exceeding both individual and store targets.
- Critical and solution-oriented thinker.
- Able to work a flexible schedule that will include weekends, holidays, and special events.
- Experience working with denim products is an asset.
- Ability to lift to 30 lbs.
- Demonstrate efficiency and a proactive approach to completing tasks promptly.
- Highly organized with strong time-management skills to drive maximum impact.
