Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and understand client business objectives and craft strategy plans accordingly.
- Deliver media placement across international, national, digital, and regional media—targeting Editor-level.
- Consistently produce high-quality internal and external communications content.
- Collaborate with different divisions across the agency to ensure the client is getting access to the agency's network-wide expertise.
- Manage and motivate other members of the team to ensure day-to-day client operations run smoothly and PR results are delivered, while supporting them in their growth to the next level.
- Identify key event opportunities within the calendar to create the right activity, launches, and partnership opportunities for the brand.
- Collaborate with division heads and project teams as necessary to seamlessly integrate cultural programming into project strategy and schedule, ensuring successful execution of press and social media campaigns, special events, collaborations, and/or other deliverables.
Skills and Experience
- 4-5 years of public relations experience at a PR agency, specifically within real estate—particularly with developers (residential, commercial, mixed-use).
- Knowledge of key media contacts within the industry across broadcast, print, and online media.
- Culturally plugged into sectors that relate to real estate—design, architecture, art, luxury, lifestyle.
- Ability to be nimble and work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment as part of a team.
- Exceptional problem-resolution skills, including the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
- A proactive attitude and team mentality, with experience leading a team.
- Ability to articulate ideas succinctly and comfort with public speaking and presentations.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Superior high-level media contacts across various platforms.
- Experience in integrated communications campaign conception beyond traditional media
- Experience managing account teams.
