Business Operations Intern, Fall
PURPLE is actively seeking bright and enthusiastic interns to join the Business Operations team in our New York office!
The right candidates must have a genuine passion for Business Development, Operations, and/or Entrepreneurship. They should be organized, driven, creative, and willing to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- General front office tasks, including supporting front desk coverage, greeting clients, visitors, and staff, and answering phone calls/emails in a timely manner.
- Handle incoming and outgoing samples and packages in an organized fashion.
- Assist with the preparation and breakdown of executive meetings.
- Assist with new hire setup and first-day coordination.
- Work with the team to create content for internal communications.
- Participate in team-building initiatives and other internal events to boost company morale and foster a great workplace.
- Support other ad-hoc projects as needed by the business.
- Present an end-of-term Internship Project, guided by the PURPLE team. This mock activity will help build your personal portfolio while integrating key learnings from your internship.

- Strong professionalism and regard for confidentiality.
- Experience with MS Office 365.
Intern Payment and Working Hours This is an unpaid internship. We will provide experience that meets the criteria for academic credit and will complete any paperwork provided by the student to obtain course credit from an accredited academic institution. You must be able to work in the office a minimum of 15 hours per week.
