The role of the Senior Account Manager requires a deep understanding of the influencer landscape across premium/luxury brands and the ability to consult with clients on effective influencer marketing strategies and initiatives. As well as this, the role requires strong relationships with talent and VIP stylists to identify red carpet and day-to-day dressing opportunities. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and tactical support to the VIP, Events and Partnerships team to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Act as the day-to-day contact for clients, managing expectations and fostering strong relationships.
  • Lead and deliver influencer and VIP initiatives across social media platforms to achieve client objectives.
  • Cultivating and maintaining relationships with key VIP stylists, influencers and KOL’s within the luxury fashion, lifestyle and beauty sector.
  • Develop and present compelling proposals, credentials, and pitch documents in support of new business efforts.
  • Manage events, and activations, ensuring flawless execution from concept to completion.
  • Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for clients and enhance campaign strategies.
  • Mentor and line-manage junior staff, setting clear targets and fostering team development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including PURPLE press teams within fashion, lifestyle and beauty to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Ensure all communication and deliverables align with brand objectives, maintaining quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
  • Analyze campaign performance, compile reports, and provide actionable insights to clients.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5–6 years of experience in Public Relations, ideally within the luxury, lifestyle, or related sectors.
  • Strong stylist and influencer network, with the ability to secure high-impact coverage across social media platforms and organic dressing results.
  • Proven track record in successfully developing and executing influencer strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive results.
  • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in creating engaging presentations, proposals, and reports.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative and strategic thinker, able to identify innovative opportunities and craft impactful campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital analytics, and influencer marketing tools.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Docs, and PR tools (e.g. WeArisma).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt, think critically, and solve problems effectively.
  • Established international contacts with talent and stylists and experience working on global campaigns.
  • Background in event management, including coordination of guest lists, vendors, and onsite execution.
  • Familiarity with emerging trends in the luxury fashion, lifestyle, or wellness sectors.
