Talent Acquisition Manager - 6 month contract

The Role We want to attract the best talent in our industry and beyond, we look for our employees to have diverse points of view and different perspectives on the world but with them common goal that they wish to do the best work of their lives. You will lead recruitment campaigns and build our future talent pipeline ensuring we are hiring a diverse range of top talent while reducing recruitment costs and the length ofctime to hire. This is a hands-on role working with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment, where rapid responses are often required. Key Responsibilities
- Working with to Global People Director for potential upcoming roles
- Leveraging our employee network and recruitment platforms to search for passive candidates for our active roles
- Managing candidates throughout their experience, ensuring that all interviewed candidates receive feedback.
- Provide insight into how we are perceived in the market
- Headhunting for more niche roles
- Ensuring we are overseeing and reducing agency spend by direct resourcing and working with external agencies on rates
- Having a strong understanding of our roles, to enable future talent searches
- Gaining an understanding of talent to watch in our industry i.e. award winners
- Owning the speculative applications process
- Owning our ATS ensuring we are using it to it is kept up to date and used to its full potential to reduce administration
- Using our ATS to create a future talent database
- Developing a strong understanding of the IR35 regulations
Providing cover for our HR Support in HR administration in relation to new hires i.e. offer letters and freelancers i.e. contracts and IR35 paperwork Who You Are
- have previous experience working within the creative/media industries
- have led multiple recruitment campaigns with an emphasis on direct recruitment
- have experience in leveraging ATS systems to streamline processes
- have experience in working with recruitment agencies and agreeing to terms and rates
- have experience in giving candidate feedback to a range of level
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
