About the Role We are a Los Angeles-based, high-end archival and vintage fashion business seeking a Senior Private Client Advisor to lead relationship-driven sales at the highest level. This is not a volume-driven or transactional sales role. It is a discreet, long-cycle, relationship-led position intended for a seasoned luxury professional who understands trust, taste, and long-term client cultivation at a high price point.
The ideal candidate is already embedded in the luxury ecosystem, such as a stylist, personal shopper, or senior luxury sales professional, and brings an existing book of aligned clients. This role offers meaningful autonomy, ownership of client relationships, and long-term earning potential and growth.
What You’ll Do
- Own private client relationships end-to-end, from initial inquiry through post-sale follow-up.
- Sell high-AOV archival and vintage designer pieces with confidence, discretion, and pricing integrity.
- Activate and grow your existing client book aligned with our product, positioning, and clientele.
- Manage select inherited VIP clients and qualified inbound inquiries.
- Navigate longer sales cycles with patience, sound judgment, and thoughtful follow-up.
- Facilitate private fittings, in-home appointments, trunk shows, and private shopping experiences.
- Build strategic relationships with stylists, collectors, and aligned partners.
- Uphold clear boundaries around pulls, holds, pricing, and exceptions.
- Act as a brand ambassador, consistently representing the company’s philosophy, values, and standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven luxury sales professional with an existing and active client base aligned with high-value fashion.
- Background as a stylist, personal shopper, or senior luxury sales associate strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success selling high-value items through relationship-based selling.
- Comfort operating independently with long sales cycles.
- Strong taste level, emotional intelligence, and discretion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Sales-minded with interest in growing alongside a scaling luxury business.
