Closet Shop Staff

Position Location The Redress Closet Shop, Sham Shui Po, Hong Kong Reports To Shop Manager

YOUR ROLE

• Assist with running The Redress Closet Shop.
• Help unpack, sort, steam, hang, and stock clothing racks.
• Process sales on the POS system.
• Maintain tidiness and order throughout opening hours.
• Engage with customers and answer inquiries.
• Support any ad-hoc tasks required by the shop manager.

REQUIRED SKILLS & DESIRED PROFILE

• Eligible to live and work in Hong Kong.
• Excellent command of spoken English and Cantonese; Putonghua is a plus.
• High-energy, positive individual who takes initiative.
• Alignment with the vision and mission of Redress.
• Previous retail experience is essential.

WORK ARRANGEMENT Time 11:30 am - 7:30 pm Location Sham Shui Po, Hong Kong
