Role Overview The Marketing and Public Relations Executive is a vital position within our organization, contributing to the strategic development and execution of marketing and public relations initiatives. This role involves collaboration across various teams to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and promote our programs and campaigns aimed at fostering a circular future in fashion.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy Support

  • Assist in developing marketing strategies to achieve program objectives.

  • Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.

Social Media Management

  • Manage day-to-day operations of multiple social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Little Red Book, LinkedIn).

  • Collaborate with the Creative Executive on effective social media campaigns.

  • Maintain a content calendar and engage with followers.

Marketing Measurements and Analysis

  • Prepare media reports to track PR and marketing efforts.

  • Analyze social media performance and provide insights.

  • Conduct ad-hoc research tasks and provide administrative support.

Copywriting and Translation

  • Assist in copywriting and translation of promotional and educational materials.

  • Coordinate with external translators as needed.

  • Create content for various platforms, including websites, marketing materials, and video series.

Advertising Support

  • Assist in the development of advertising plans and coordinate digital ad placements.

  • Negotiate and place ads in media publications and online platforms.

Public Relations Assistance

  • Conduct outreach to media and bloggers, pitching story ideas.

  • Distribute press releases and manage media inquiries.

  • Maintain media and interview databases.

Event Coordination

  • Support coordination and production for events such as press launches and exhibitions.

  • Manage guest lists for media, influencers, and celebrities.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management, marketing, PR, or related roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Knowledge of sustainability and fashion industry trends is a plus.
  • Fluency in both Traditional and Simplified Chinese.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines.
