Position Overview The eCommerce Senior Executive will manage the daily operations and trading of SAU-LEE.com, ensuring the global online store delivers strong sales performance and a premium brand experience. The role is pivotal in optimizing the path-to-purchase to meet net revenue targets, elevate the shopping experience, and drive customer success.

This position executes initiatives aligned with the brand’s D2C strategy. Responsibilities span Shopify operations, site merchandising, and customer service, leveraging behavioral insights and performance analytics to identify opportunities that enhance engagement, improve visual merchandising, and remove friction across the customer journey to maximize sales.

Key Responsibilities

Trading & Sales Performance

  • Drive net online revenue, conversion rate, and average order value for SAU-LEE.com.
  • Manage daily operations on Shopify, including visual merchandising, inventory accuracy, and product listings, to ensure a seamless shopping experience that drives sales.
  • Deliver regular reports with insights and recommendations to achieve weekly and monthly revenue targets.
  • Ensure the right products are featured and promoted effectively; plan and execute sales events, seasonal campaigns, and tactical offers.
  • Respond to sales and behavioural trends in real time to optimize trading decisions.

Shopping Experience & CRO

  • Curate product categories, edits, and PDP content to reflect brand DNA.
  • Partner with the Growth team to define and implement improvement plans with a focus on CRO including A/B testing, landing page optimization, and other revenue-driving initiatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and logistics teams to ensure the shopping experience reflects SAU LEE’s premium positioning while optimizing for conversion.
  • Enhance the consumer journey by ensuring seamless UX/UI—including site speed, mobile responsiveness, and checkout optimization—while owning CRO tools and testing programs.
  • Benchmark against industry best practices to keep SAU LEE ahead of the curve.

Customer Service

  • Act as the first point of contact for online customer inquiries via email.
  • Resolve order, payment, delivery & refund queries timely and professionally.
  • Gather customer feedback to identify pain points and share insights for continuous improvement.

Collaboration & Execution

  • Collaborate with the Brand Marketing and Growth teams to ensure product and campaign launches are executed flawlessly.
  • Coordinate with technology and platform partners to deploy site improvements and new tools effectively to support eCommerce performance and customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or related field.
  • 3+ years of eCommerce experience, ideally within fashion or lifestyle brands(Candidates with more experience will be considered for Assistant Manager).
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify operations (product uploads, site merchandising, app integrations).
  • Basic CSS coding for front-end adjustments.
  • Experience in customer service for eCommerce, with proven ability to resolve issues and maintain premium brand tone.
  • Strong background in site merchandising, with ability to translate seasonal assortments and brand identity into high-converting digital presentation.
  • Proficiency with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics); experience in CRO and A/B testing is a PLUS.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with stakeholder-ready reporting.
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, lean team environment.
  • Passion for fashion eCommerce and delivering premium customer experiences.
