Visual Content Creator
The Visual Content Creator is responsible for producing high-quality photography, video, and visual assets that uphold and reinforce the brand’s image across all channels. This role manages end-to-end content production—from planning and executing shoots to retouching and delivering final assets—ensuring consistency with brand standards. Additionally, the position maintains an organized asset library and implements efficient workflows to support timely launches and cross-functional needs, while continuously elevating visual quality in line with industry best practices.
Photography & Visual Asset Production
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of photoshoots and video shoots, including product imagery, lookbooks, and campaign assets, ensuring seamless execution from concept to delivery
- Internal photographer and retoucher for eCommerce, producing consistent, high-quality on-model product imagery that aligns with brand standards and enhances the online shopping experience
Content Creation
- Collaborate with eCommerce and Brand Marketing teams on content planning and ideation, applying a strategic lens to visual storytelling that drives customer engagement and brand growth
- Develop compelling lookbooks and seasonal key campaign visuals that drive seasonal storytelling
- Support seasonal and product launches by creating timely visual materials, repurposing assets into engaging, performance-driven content for web, email, paid media, and organic social
Brand Guardianship
- Ensure all visual output is cohesive and consistently reflects the brand’s identity, storytelling, tone, and style, in alignment with image guidelines and overarching creative direction
- Stay up to date with design trends and best practices, continuously refining visual output to meet evolving audience expectations and digital standards
- Continuously elevate visual standards, staying ahead of industry trends and identifying opportunities to innovate and enhance brand presentation
- Manage and organize visual asset library, implementing efficient workflows for version control, archiving, and retrieval to support cross-functional teams
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven Photography Skills – Strong experience in studio and on-location photography, including lighting, composition, and basic styling for fashion products
- Retouching Expertise – Proficiency in photo editing and retouching to deliver polished, high-quality imagery aligned with brand standards
- Video Production Knowledge – Ability to plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos for campaigns and social media
- Technical Proficiency – Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro) and other relevant tools
- eCommerce Experience – Understanding of on-model and product photography requirements for online retail platforms
- Attention to Detail – Commitment to maintaining visual consistency and accuracy across all assets
- Time Management – Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Asset Organization – Experience in managing digital asset libraries, version control, and workflow efficiency
- Trend Awareness – Knowledge of current visual trends and best practices in fashion and digital content
- Collaborative Mindset – Ability to work closely with marketing, eCommerce, and creative teams to deliver cohesive brand visuals
