Your tasks
- Support the Sales Manager in developing and maintaining relationships with B2B clients (bookstores, distributors, corporate clients, etc.)
- Participate in the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying leads, preparing offers, and following up on orders
- Assist in the preparation of client presentations and sales pitches
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends to identify business opportunities
- Update and maintain the CRM system with accurate client information and interactions
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team (contracts, quotations, follow-up)
Your profile
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Sales, or a related field
- Strong interest in B2B sales and client relationship management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both French and English
- Ability to work independently while being a reliable team player
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
