Brand & Marketing Intern (6-Months) | Tekla Fabrics — Copenhagen, Denmark

As part of our ongoing commitment to providing meaningful learning opportunities to ambitious individuals, we are seeking a Brand & Marketing Intern to join our team.

We are looking for a dedicated and organised intern to support our growing Brand & Marketing activities. You should be comfortable handling a variety of tasks, proactive in your responsibilities and eager to learn. The role offers meaningful responsibility, where you will be working closely with the wider Brand & Marketing Team, including Creative Production, PR and Community support. Most importantly, you are motivated to work with Tekla as a brand and business, contributing to its continued global growth.

This is a paid internship based in Copenhagen, offered for a period of 6-months, with exact timings and hourly commitment to be determined with the right candidate.

Key responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to

Support the Brand & Marketing team across day-to-day activities, including photography shoots, events, and community initiatives
Help coordinate press and creative sample requests and returns, liaising with internal teams as needed
Contribute to logistics for photography shoots, preparing shot lists, tracking timelines, and supporting on-set where required
Assist with asset delivery processes, such as naming and uploading files, maintaining folder structures, and sharing with stakeholders
Support logistics for community activations, including product orders, gifting preparation, shipping, and event set-up
Help maintain and update contact lists for media and KOLs, and research new contacts to expand networks
Conduct research to support creative briefs, such as locations, casting, or furniture sourcing
Assist with reporting on press activity, marketing efforts, and user-generated content across channels
Research alternative production approaches to help optimise costs
Help ensure consistent, brand-aligned messaging across communications, raising any new requirements to the team
Contribute to managing Tekla press clippings and keeping track of inventory for relevant publications
Help maintain a tidy, well-presented showroom and sample area, working collaboratively with other departments

We'd love to hear from you if you are / have

Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in marketing, creative branding or a related field
Curiosity and an interest in marketing and creative production
Skills in layout and presentation tools, including Adobe InDesign, Google Slides, Excel and similar
An organised and effective multitasker
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Fluent in English, with excellent written communication skills
Keen to gain experience, hold responsibility and learn new skills
An appreciation for Tekla’s products and brand
Comfortable within an open-plan and curated working environment

Reviewing applications and conducting interviews will take place on an ongoing basis, with the aim for the successful candidate to join us in November.
