Tekla Fabrics

We are looking for a versatile and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to help shape and express Tekla’s visual identity across all brand touchpoints.

The role bridges brand direction and hands-on design, spanning product branding, packaging, and visual communication.

Rooted in intention and timeless quality, Tekla’s design language unites product and brand. This role contributes to that vision through refined visual storytelling that connects culture, craft, and commerce.

We seek someone with a sharp eye and thoughtful approach, who values clarity, craft, and meaningful design.

Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, and collaborating closely with marketing, creative, and commercial teams, you will lead multiple projects from concept to execution under the broader guidance of the Creative Director to ensure a cohesive visual direction.

Key responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to

  • Develop and refine the brand’s visual identity across all platforms, ensuring a consistent and compelling expression of the brand.
  • Lead product branding efforts, including logo placement, labelling, co-branded artwork, and other on-product design elements that align with the brand’s DNA.
  • Design innovative packaging experiences, including gift wrapping, primary and secondary packaging, hang tags, tissue paper, shipping tertiary, and other elements that enhance the customer unboxing journey.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, VM, retail, and e-commerce) to ensure all visual outputs reflect a unified brand direction.
  • Support product design initiatives in line with the wider team’s direction, including colour, pattern, and other visual applications.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistent application of design elements across internal and external communications.
  • Create and maintain high-quality design assets for presentations, press releases, internal documents, event invitations, and other brand materials.
  • Support Visual Merchandising (VM) initiatives through the creation of in-store graphics, window display concepts, signage, and other visual assets.
  • Ensure print production accuracy, working closely with printers and packaging suppliers to maintain quality and brand integrity.
  • Continuously research visual trends in fashion, design, and lifestyle industries to keep the brand current, desirable, and ahead of the curve.

We'd love to hear from you if you have

  • 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, brand identity, or related fields in the segments of fashion, lifestyle or luxury.
  • A strong and diverse portfolio demonstrating experience in brand identity development, packaging design, product branding, and visual merchandising support.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
  • Deep understanding of design fundamentals, including typography, color theory, composition, and spatial layout.
  • Experience with packaging and print production, including knowledge of materials, dielines, finishes, and supplier coordination.
  • An eye for brand storytelling, capable of translating brand values into cohesive visual narratives across mediums.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and retail teams.
  • Highly organised and self-motivated, with strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive mindset, always seeking opportunities to elevate the brand experience through design.

This is a full-time position based in Copenhagen. Applications without a portfolio or work samples will not be considered.
