Wristcheck is expanding to Macau! We’re building our sales team and looking for watch enthusiasts to bring the Wristcheck experience to a brand-new market. As part of our team, you’ll act as the face of the company to ensure that each and every customer receives the best buying experience possible. We’re looking for a natural people person with strong communication and a high bar for quality. You are passionate about people, watches, and tech, and are genuinely excited about the prospect of revolutionizing the buying and selling process. Let’s build the watch world of tomorrow! This role is open to Macau residents only. Sales employees work on a rotating shift roster with 8 days off per month.

What you’ll be doing

  • Hire, train, and develop a high-performing sales team to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Implement sales strategies and tactics to motivate the team and drive revenue growth
  • Develop the teams watch expertise and sales prowess with regular coaching, training, and support on product/brand knowledge, sales and negotiation techniques, upselling, customer service, market insights, watch pricing etc.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Foster a customer-centric culture. Fully leverage our CRM system to provide personalized experiences, interactions, and memorable experiences.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our most valued customers
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and security protocols
  • Collaborate with Brand team to develop and execute campaigns and ongoing store events, promotions, and clientele initiatives
  • Work with internal teams to build a personalized, uniquely Wristcheck customer experience, identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to drive revenue.
  • Work with internal teams to manage daily store operations including scheduling, inventory management, opening and closing processes, visual merchandising, facilities, hospitality services, security, and insurance compliance.
  • Stay up-to-date on watch trends, new product releases, and best practices.
  • Be a Wristcheck ambassador and represent our core values inside and outside of the workplace.

What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years of experience in luxury sales, ideally in a leadership role within a luxury retail environment.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and inspire teams.
  • A high level of professionalism and excellent customer service. You enjoy connecting with people from all walks of life and have a natural ability to build rapport with entrepreneurs, executives, and professionals from all industries.
  • A watch enthusiast who loves sharing their passion with others and delivering an unparalleled customer experience. Deep knowledge of watches and the luxury retail landscape.
  • Creative thinker, always finding new ways to push the bar and solve problems.
  • Naturally organized with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • An eye for detail and visual merchandising. Comfortable with inventory management, POS systems, and data analysis.
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter. Fast-paced environments give you energy!
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • A great team player who is also able to work independently.
