A Kind of Guise

We’re looking for a Content Manager with a strong visual sensibility to shape and maintain the visual presence of A KIND OF GUISE across all digital channels. You will be responsible for curating, organizing, and distributing brand imagery, from studio lookbooks and seasonal campaigns to behind-the-scenes content, ensuring a consistent and thoughtful visual narrative. Working closely with marketing, design, and e-commerce, you will translate imagery into coherent stories across Instagram, newsletters, and internal platforms. This role requires an exceptional eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a structured, independent way of working. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the primary archivist and curator for all brand photography
  • Review, select, and organize imagery from campaigns, lookbooks, and behind-the-scenes shoots
  • Develop and maintain a clear distribution plan for visual assets across all core platforms
  • Craft a cohesive Instagram feed and Stories narrative through precise image selection, sequencing, and copywriting
  • Select and layout imagery for email newsletters to create product- or story-driven narratives
  • Ensure a consistent, on-brand visual language across all channels while adapting content to each platform
  • Organize and maintain the digital asset library as a structured, searchable resource
  • Ensure all published visuals and copy strictly adhere to the brand’s aesthetic standards

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Completed studies in visual communication, media, or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in visual curation, photo editing, copywriting, or content coordination — ideally within fashion, design, or photography
  • Exceptional eye for composition, detail, and narrative flow, with a strong understanding of the A KIND OF GUISE visual language
  • Confident working with Instagram, email marketing tools (e.g. Klaviyo), and CMS systems (e.g. Shopify)
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Highly organized with a systematic approach to managing large volumes of digital assets
  • Independent, calm, and focused working style, able to manage multiple distribution schedules
