E-Commerce Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Driving sales performance of the webshop
- Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps
- Manage webshop and customer service team
- Providing excellent customer service
- Manage stock precisely
- Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales
- Ensure good communication between webshop and retail stores
- Receive and handle deliveries
- Answering phone and email enquires
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Strong understanding of AKOG products and brand philosophy
- Strong logistical and organisational skills
- Strong analytical knowledge
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Fluency in German and English is a requirement
- Ability to work independently
- Highly motivated to perform as well as to learn new skills
- Reliable and pro-active
- Team-player as well as having communicative and organisational competence
