We are seeking a dynamic and organized International Wholesale Manager to drive our wholesale operations, optimize logistics, and enhance client relationships through exceptional sales and post-sales support.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Sales Order Management & Client Relations: Own the sales order process from entry to fulfillment, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and a smooth experience for each client. Cultivate strong partnerships with wholesale clients by providing timely updates on product availability, promotions, deliveries, and general support to build lasting relationships and trust.
- Order Processing & Shipping Oversight: Coordinate all aspects of order processing and shipping logistics, working closely with accounts and shipping teams. Guarantee that each shipment meets quality and timing standards, elevating the wholesale customer experience.
- Post-Sales Service & Problem Solving: Manage all after-sales interactions, including processing returns, repairs, and claims. Handle each situation with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Sample & Inventory Control: Keep tight control over sample inventory to maximize stock utility for wholesale channels. Track, organize, and allocate samples efficiently, supporting the sales team with necessary materials.
- Sales Analysis & Forecasting: Support strategic decision-making with regular sales and inventory analysis. Provide insights on demand trends and product performance to inform inventory management, drive sales, and meet revenue targets.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or completed apprenticeship
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years in wholesale, logistics, or a related field
- Software: Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and big plus when experience in Zedonk
- Skills: strong communicator with organizational expertise and a solution-driven mindset, knowledge of textiles
- Languages: Fluent in German and English
- Attributes: Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
