Store Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Support day-to-day store operations, contributing to a seamless and welcoming in-store experience that reflects A KIND OF GUISE’s standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service through strong product knowledge, attentive clienteling, and personal engagement—before, during, and after purchase.
• Assist with visual merchandising and in-store storytelling; help ensure guidelines are implemented accurately and consistently.
• Support inventory handling, deliveries, stockroom organization, and replenishment; follow POS and stock procedures carefully.
• Contribute to achieving store targets by supporting sales, conversion, and overall store performance.
• Assist during product launches, events, and local activations in coordination with the store team and HQ.
• Maintain store standards including cleanliness, order, opening/closing routines, and cash handling according to guidelines.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, neighbors, and the local community.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Strong interest in A KIND OF GUISE products and brand philosophy.
• Previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles, ideally within premium or contemporary fashion.
• Organized, reliable, and attentive to detail.
• Team-oriented mindset with a hands-on and supportive approach.
• Comfortable working with POS systems, stock handling, and basic KPIs.
• Fluency in German and English is required.
• Proactive, friendly, and service-minded; able to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment.
