Store Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Lead day-to-day store operations, ensuring a seamless, welcoming experience that reflects A KIND OF GUISE’s standards.
• Build, coach, and schedule the team; set clear goals and provide ongoing feedback and training.
• Drive sales through exceptional clienteling, product knowledge, and service—before, during, and after purchase.
• Oversee visual merchandising and in-store storytelling; ensure guidelines are executed with precision.
• Manage inventory, deliveries, stockroom processes, and shrinkage control; ensure accurate POS procedures.
• Track and report KPIs (traffic, conversion, UPT, ATV, sell-through); translate insights into clear actions.
• Coordinate with HQ on launches, events, and local activations; ensure smooth execution and follow-up.
• Maintain store standards: cleanliness, maintenance, H&S compliance, cash management, and opening/closing routines.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, neighbors, and local community to grow a loyal customer base.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Deep understanding of A KIND OF GUISE products and brand philosophy.
• Proven retail leadership experience in premium or luxury fashion.
• Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong people manager: hires, coaches, motivates, and develops teams.
• Confident with KPIs, scheduling, inventory, and POS operations.
• Fluency in German and English is required.
• Proactive, reliable, and hands-on; calm under pressure with a solution-oriented mindset.
