Webshop Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Supporting the webshop manager in ensuring efficient logistics operation Assisting in the precise management of stock, including tracking, organization, and replenishment
• Efficiently packing and dispatching online orders from the logistic centre Ensuring timely and accurate reception, storage, and dispatch of goods in the warehouse.
• Coordinating with logistics providers and carriers for smooth transportation of goods.
• Assisting in the analysis and reporting of logistics and warehouse metrics Ensuring seamless communication between the warehouse, logistics providers, and the webshop.
• Handling incoming deliveries, verifying contents, and ensuring proper storage Addressing phone and email inquiries related to stock availability, delivery status, and other logistics-related queries.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Familiarity with AKOG products and a dedication to the brand’s philosophy Strong logistical and organizational capabilities, with an emphasis on warehouse management
• An analytical mindset, able to interpret logistics and warehouse data Flexibility in working hours, adapting to the needs of warehouse and logistics operations.
• Proficiency in both German and English languages
• Capability to work both in a team and independently, depending on the task at hand
• A keen motivation to excel in the role and a willingness to learn and adapt Dependable, proactive, with a hands-on approach to warehouse and logistics challenges
• A collaborative individual, skilled in communication and organizational tasks.
