JOB DESCRIPTION
- Sales order and marketing material management. This requires a proactive approach to relationships with key contacts.
- Order processing and after sales support, including liaising with shipping and accounts teams, and managing the customer repairs procedures, ensuring that claims or returns are dealt with in a prompt and proactive manner.
- Liaison with the production, accounts, and repairs teams, utilizing strong communication skills. Ensure that problems and/or issues are tackled in a timely manner, and being solutions-oriented.
- Providing ongoing analysis and forecasting support to the management team in order to achieve the department objectives in this area, specifically: Assisting in sales analysis of wholesale inventory, having clear market visibility regarding supply and demand, assisting with making ranging and product assortment suggestions.
- Distribution of important communication and materials, such as delivery updates, shipping details, training materials, packaging, imagery, stock deliveries to our retailer partners.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Excellent knowledge in MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, energetic and eager to learn
- Very good German and English skills
- Very organized and accurate
- Team-player, reliable and proactive
- Ability to work independently
- Preferably from a business or business-related course of studies
