Global Marketing & Digital Lead

We are looking for a Global Marketing & Digital Lead who will manage the E-commerce, Digital Marketing, PR, Retail marketing and Marketing Activations team on a day to day base for our global markets to drive our customer acquisition, engagement and retention. A successful candidate has a track record of managing high-performance growth teams in an international fashion environment.
Your Responsibilities
Strategy & Operations
- Lead and oversee the Marketing team: hiring, setting goals and overseeing the execution of all Marketing activities
- Create and implement short- and long-term Marketing strategies that contribute in building brand awareness, driving the brand’s customer acquisition, engagement and retention strategy
- Oversee the implementation of the omni-channel Marketing strategy across all customer touch points in each market
- Alignment of owned Marketing activities plans and ensure all stakeholders are informed and updated of the marketing plans and project schedules
- Manage the implementation of specific territory marketing plans that draft off the global strategy, bringing brand and product narratives to life in a globally consistent yet locally relevant way
- Media planning and manage relevant agencies
- Management of marketing calendar and channel planning
- Support in management of partnerships and collaborations
- Plan, manage and improve campaigns, measuring results and ROI
- Ensure focus and alignment for all marketing activities
- Monitor performance across KPIs and create optimization plans to ensure programs scale efficiently
- Deliver regular, clear, and actionable reports on Marketing performance to the board
- Ensure all marketing activities are forecast correctly and delivered within budget
- Monitoring of marketing budget with monthly reviews of spend
Team Management
- Manage the marketing team on a day to day basis
- End responsible for the marketing team
- Defining the team members strengths and ambitions, developing a personal development plan and motivate and challenge team members
- Evaluates team members on performance – targets and personal development
- Set annual targets for the team and for team members individually in order to contribute to overall goals of DP
Job Requirements
- +5 years’ experience in Marketing
- +3 years’ experience in managing a small size Marketing team
- Experience with managing Marketing departments and its subdivisions such as PR, activations, partnerships, branding, events and digital marketing
- Great understanding of the Fashion and Luxury industry and proven network track record
- Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills
- Ability to make informed and strategic decisions
- Ability to juggle multiple, and sometimes, conflicting priorities and needs
