About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Media Buyer / Performance Marketer to own and scale paid acquisition globally. This candidate will ideally located in our Byron Bay Head Office.
This is a hands-on role. You’ll not only manage strategy and budgets, but also create, edit, and launch ads yourself, working across Meta, TikTok, Google, Pinterest, and Shop App. You’ll collaborate closely with creative, ecommerce, and brand teams while owning performance end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities
Paid Media Ownership (Global)
- Own paid media strategy and execution across:
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- TikTok Ads
- Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube)
- Pinterest Ads
- Shop App / Shop Ads
- Manage and optimize multi-market campaigns (US, UK, EU, AU, etc.)
- Allocate and scale budgets while maintaining ROAS and CAC targets
Ad Creation & Editing (Hands-On)
- Create, edit, and launch ads directly (static, video, UGC-style)
- Edit short-form video for TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and Pinterest
- Write performance-focused ad copy (hooks, headlines, CTAs)
- Rapidly test new creative concepts, formats, and offers
Creative Strategy & Testing
- Develop creative testing frameworks and roadmaps
- Identify winning hooks, formats, and messaging for fashion products
- Work with creators, influencers, and UGC partners
- Manage creative fatigue and scaling challenges
Performance & Optimization
- Own full-funnel performance (prospecting, retargeting, scaling)
- Optimize toward key metrics:
- ROAS
- CAC
- AOV
- Revenue growth
- Use data to inform creative, audience, and budget decisions
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor daily performance across all platforms
- Produce weekly and monthly performance reports
- Share clear insights and recommendations with leadership
Required Experience & Skills
- 2–7+ years experience in paid media / performance marketing
- Proven success scaling fashion or DTC ecommerce brands
- Hands-on experience creating and editing ads (not just managing)
- Strong experience across:
- Meta Ads Manager
- TikTok Ads
- Google Ads
- Pinterest Ads
- Experience running global campaigns
- Strong understanding of Shopify and ecommerce funnels
- Analytical, creative, and performance-driven mindset
Nice to Have
- Experience with UGC-driven creative
- Familiarity with Shop App / Shop Ads
- Influencer whitelisting and creator partnerships
- Experience scaling into the US from international markets
- Team leadership or mentoring experience
